
Colombian singer Juanes recently announced the release of a new album and confirmed his return to Argentina in October to headline a tour that will stop in Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Córdoba, with tickets already available for purchase.
During his participation in the Confluence Festival in Neuquén, Juanes completed his first concert of 2025 and shared details about his connection with Argentine music and his favorite local artists.
In his statements, Juanes mentioned his admiration for contemporary Argentine musicians like Wos, Dillon, Paco Amoroso, Ca7riel, Conociendo Rusia, and Bandalos chinos, as well as his affection for national rock legends like Soda Stereo, Charly García, Fito Páez, and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs.
The Colombian singer highlighted the influence of Argentine music on his creative work and revealed that there could be collaborations on his upcoming album.
Juanes recalled his fondness for Argentina, mentioning past experiences such as wearing gaucho outfits based on the album covers of Argentine bands, and emphasized his liking for the food, art, and culture of the country.
Regarding the music of young Argentines, Juanes praised Trueno, Duki, and Emilia, recalling his childhood singing folk songs and mentioning that his daughter is a big admirer of local artists. Additionally, the singer expressed his excitement about returning to Argentina and presenting his new album, which was produced by Nicolás Cotton.
Juanes plans to perform several shows in Argentina with the production of Fenix Entertainment, which will include performances in Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Córdoba during the month of October. Tickets for the Movistar Arena are already on sale, and the singer showed enthusiasm for his return to the country, sharing his appreciation for Argentine culture and his desire to keep connecting with his Argentine audience.
